Dr. Fixit Fastflex is a two component cementitious coating system for waterproofing of wet areas and any water retaining structures such as swimming pools and water features.

 Typical Applications: Any concrete, cement or masonry surface that are subject to moisture ingress. Swimming pools, water features and water tanks. Bathrooms, toilets, balconies, planters etc. Features Seamless, impervious membrane. Elastomeric. High film build-up. Excellent adhesion to concrete and masonry substrates. Low VOC. Easily applied by brush, roller or trowel. Can be applied on damp surfaces.

Dr. Fixit Pidiproof LW+ is specially formulated integral liquid waterproofing compound composed of surface active plasticising agents, polymers & additives. It is used as an additive for cement concrete, mortar & plasters. It makes concrete cohesive and prevents segregation. Areas of Application Waterproofing of concrete and sand-cement mortars used in Basements, Roof slabs and screeds, Water tanks & water retaining structures, External plastering, Bathrooms and balconies, Sumps and drains.

Dr. Fixit Newcoat is a white, fibre-reinforced waterproofing membrane suitable for applications where the applied coating may be subject to traffic. Typical Applications: Flat roofs. Terraces and podiums.

Features: Bridges cracks up to 2 mm. 3 coat system. Long term resistance to UV degradation. Will accept foot traffic. Abrasion Resistant. Can be applied by brush or roller and is easily overcoated. High tensile strength makes it resistant to tearing and cracking. Non-toxic. Packaging 20 litres.

• The surface under treatment should be sound, clean and free from dirt, oil and other loose material masonry surfaces should be fully cured (minimum 28 days) prior to application.
• All surface cracks, undulations, and voids must be repaired appropriately before application.
• Surface must be in ssd condition prior to application.

• Use slow speed mechanical mixer, add powder component slowly to the polymer in a clean container
• Stir till smooth and homogeneous slurry, without any lumps, is achieved.
• Allow the mixed slurry to stand for 5-10 minutes for releasing trapped air during mixing.

• Do not dilute with water
• Apply Fastflex slurry by brush, roller or trowel.
• Allow the slurry to dry completely for 6-8 hrs before applying 2nd coat.

• Do not add water to dr. Fixit Fastflex during application.
• Fastflex needs 7 days for complete air curing.
• Do not cure with water or conduct any ponding test before it gets completely cured.
• Concrete & masonry surfaces must be cured for 28 days before application.

Dr. Fixit Primeseal is water-based primer composed of acrylic emulsion polymer, properly selected fine fillers, white pigments & additives in water as a medium. It is used as primer over exterior & interior building walls before application of Dr. Fixit Raincoat & other water based paints. Standard Compliance / Specification Meets the requirement of ASTM D 1227 – 87, Type III standard. Areas of Application Priming of plastered walls, asbestos, brick, false ceiling, concrete surface, etc.
